If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend the folks here at Hawk VW! Kind, honest, and friendly, we were greeted by Lambert and then met Ray (gen. Mgr), and both men were great to us! Lambert is very knowledgeable about VW vehicles. He sold us on the Atlas! We have owned 6 Fords over he last 20yrs, Lambert was able to switch us to VW owners! The atlas is slightly larger than an Explorer, much more comfortable seats, more bells and whistles for less than an Explorer. I am loving the Atlas, the drive is smooth, comfortable, and it’s very stylish! When you walk on a dealership lot, you worry you will be jerked around, not be told the truth, NOT THE CASE at HAWK VW! Their was a scratch on the Atlas we chose, their detail employee noticed it and pointed it out to Ray, who then searched their inventory and found another Atlas the twin of the one I agreed to purchase! He came up to me (while we thought credit was being run) and said we have a problem. (Insert, panic, shock, confusion when we have outstanding credit) We looked at each other then back to Ray and he told us about the scratch and how they were going to take care of us. HONESTY is always best! We were even more confident in our decision to do business with Hawk! It was a great experience! Tell them we sent you! (I get nothing out of it, just say hi for me)!

Very friendly staff, especially Mario Guevara. We didn't feel pressure to make a purchase. Went for a test drive in an Atlas, he definitely had a lot of knowledge about the car. I’d like to thank Hillary and Jeanie from the parts and service departments. We got a flat tire so I called first thing Monday morning and I was immediately helped. Hillary and Jeanie were both very kind and very helpful. They somehow got both the wheel and tire needed for the job that same day and even fit me in for an emergency install that day too. No other VW dealer that I called in the area had both the parts needed and the soonest I could get in with the other dealers was 5 days later. Even more, Hawk VW was the most affordable of all the dealers I spoke with. We would have been in a real jam without this help and I’m very appreciative to Hawk VW and Hillary and Jeanie for their help this week and I hope you can please recognize them for their excellent service. This is yet another reason why I continue to drive out of my way past other dealers to go to Hawk and I continue to refer my family and friends to Hawk VW. Thank you!

At no point was there any pressure, and at no point did we need to "talk to the manager". In fact, we never met the manager. All of our dealings were with Mario and it was absolutely stress free. He was down to earth and not pushy like most car salespeople i’ve dealt with in the past. I wish I went here when I purchased my last VW! It would’ve made the car buying process a lot easier . They were pretty quick, was in and out in about 4 hours with a trade in and new car. I knew exactly what I wanted in the car and Ricky (sales) was straight to the point, showed me what I asked for and didn’t push for different cars etc. He listened and delivered. Very nice guy.
